First Girls to Earn Eagle Scout

Paul Penttila (Pent-tila) has served successfully in the Boy Scouts of America for over 30 years. He started with the Nevada Area Council on November 16, 2015 where he is the Scout Executive and CEO. Since 1929, Paul is the 18th Scout Executive to serve the Nevada Area Council.  The Nevada Area Council serves over 2,500 youth in the 2nd largest geographical sized council in the lower 48 continuous states, covering more than 101,000 square miles in Northern Nevada and eastern California. As Scout Executive, Paul and his staff serve 4 geographic regions called districts in support of over 120 different packs, troops, teams, crews and posts

Paul will introduce Northern Nevada's first girls to become Eagle Scouts!
