Meeting location at the Summit Mall RTC Park & Ride lot off of Mt. Rose Highway
Cost of $10 per person for the Sutro Tunnel Tour

We will travel to Sutro Tunnel for a tour of the tunnel with a docent. From there, we will stop at some other mines and then head out of Virginia City up and over the mountain range to the west along the Jumbo Grade OHV Trail and end up in Washoe Valley east of Washoe Lake.

Vehicles must be four- or all-wheel drive with high clearance and preferably sporting off-road tires. The trail can be quite rocky in some areas and street tires are not recommended.

Let us know if you are driving and if you have any empty seats to take passengers.
Let us know if you need a ride and we will work to make sure everyone has a seat.
